what time, you ask?

time for me to tell you to be proud of your body, no matter the size, color, shape, or condition!

I am a size 26, and about 5’6. I am a fattyfattytwobyfourcantfitthroughthekitchendoor

 and that’s okay.

I have been teased and ridiculed about my weight all my life. no matter how far I ran, no matter how fit I actually was, and how healthy I am people still only see the fat. I’ve been told I should be ashamed. I’ve been told I shouldnt wear short dresses or tight tops. that I should cover myself up. 

and to those things I say: Kindly fuck off. 

I am not ashamed of myself. I am not ashamed of my body, nor should I be. We are born into one skin, we can scar it, stretch it, burn it, mark it, tan it, peel it. but we’re always in it, so you might as well learn to love it. 

Fat is not negative.

neither is skinny.

or anything in between.

real women dont have curves. Well, some might. Some are thin and lean. others are tall. or short. some have breasts, some dont. some have penises. you’re a woman if that’s what you choose to be.

you are a man if you choose to be.

you are anything to want to be (except maybe an astronaut, that has actual qualifications).

Happiness is a choice, one that can see distant at times, but you can always make the choice to achieve it. 

it takes time, and effort. Loving yourself is not always easy. Put yourself out of your comfort zone in every aspect of your life. You are so much stronger than you give yourself credit for.
